Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full statutory compliance under applicable labour laws and Labour Codes, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishments.
- Manage audits, statutory filings, and risk mitigation; partner with legal on employee relations matters.
Leadership & Team
- Lead and develop the HR team; build a function that is both strategic and execution‑strong.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organization design, workforce planning, and culture.
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
