You will lead a team of Finance Business Partners across business segments, own P&L and balance sheet performance, strengthen financial controls and deliver timely management reporting to executives.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of finance experience in a large service organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a finance function/team.
• Strong experience in P&L, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with IFRS/GAAP, risk management and financial controls.
• Exposure to M&A or business restructuring would be advantageous.

The Role:

The Head Finance Business Partnering will be a strategic finance partner to the business, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, profitability and operational efficiency. The role will lead the Finance Business Partnering function and combine strong commercial acumen with expertise across P&L management, FP&A, financial planning and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior business leaders on strategic, commercial and financial decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners across business segments.
• Own P&L and Balance Sheet performance alongside business heads.
• Drive financial KPIs, profitability, cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Develop financial models for business cases, pricing, investments and strategic initiatives.

• Identify and prevent revenue leakage and drive improvement in margins and cash flow.

• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, People and other functions to drive business outcomes.
• Engage with auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in finance, preferably within a large service-oriented organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a finance function/team.
• Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, P&L management, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling, pricing and business decision support.
• Good understanding of financial controls, reporting, audit, risk management and IFRS/GAAP.
• Exposure to M&A, business restructuring or corporate finance would be advantageous.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with multiple business stakeholders preferred.
• Chartered Accountant (CA).
