We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Embroidery Designer to lead our embroidery design team and contribute to our brand’s creative vision.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Team: Supervise and mentor a team of embroidery designers, providing creative direction and ensuring high-quality design output.
• Design Development: Conceptualize and create intricate embroidery designs for various collections, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced embroidery techniques and software to develop innovative and detailed designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fashion designers, production teams, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of embroidery designs into final products.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in embroidery, fabrics, and fashion to ensure our designs are contemporary and competitive.
• Quality Control: Oversee the production process to ensure that all embroidery work meets the company's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Budget Management: Manage the design department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in embroidery design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
