Job Description
- Define and execute a comprehensive enterprisewide data, analytics and AI strategy aligned with business priorities and digital transformation goals.
- Lead the roadmap for Machine Learning, Generative AI and emerging Agentic AI use cases, ensuring measurable value creation.
- Design and implement modern data and AI architectures including data lakes, lakehouses, realtime pipelines and scalable AI platforms.
- Establish robust data governance frameworks covering data quality, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive AI model governance, ethical AI practices, and lifecycle management across ML, GenAI and autonomous agents.
- Oversee integration of AI and analytics solutions with core enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM and other business platforms.
- Build advanced analytics capabilities including predictive, cognitive and decision intelligence solutions.
- Lead enterprise reporting and BI transformation from static dashboards to realtime, AIdriven insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex data and AI concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Build, mentor and lead a highperforming, multidisciplinary data and AI team.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of overall experience with significant leadership exposure in data, analytics and AI roles within large enterprises.
- Strong background in data strategy, data governance, and modern data architecture.
- Handson understanding of analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI ecosystems.
- Experience working in regulated environments with strong awareness of data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies across SQL, Python, BI platforms, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading highperforming teams across data engineering, analytics and AI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Strategic mindset combined with execution rigour and a continuous learning orientation.
