Job summary

inMorphis is expanding its cybersecurity practice and seeks a senior security leader to drive the design and governance of cyber security engagements across APAC region, focusing on ServiceNow SecOps implementations and risk management.

You will lead a portfolio of cyber engagements with clients, mentor junior team members, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, scope, and delivery while ensuring high‑quality outcomes within time and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of security experience with SOC and operations.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST, SANS and ISO reporting.
• Experience using ServiceNow SecOps to drive security policy implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber engagements with clients and report to senior management.
• Govern the engagements and ensure the quality of the team's output.
• Support partner engagement and communications across other ServiceNow offerings.
• Identify and contribute to strategic and operational projects and analyses.

Key Responsibilities / Skills

• Take a leading role on a broad range of initiatives in the support of activating our Cyber Security Strategy
• Support Partner engagement and communications across other ServiceNow offerings
• Support the Governance of the Cyber Practice
• Identify and contribute to strategic and operational projects and analysis
• Lead a portfolio of cyber engagements with our clients, reporting to senior management, responsible for the day-to-day governance of the engagements and the quality of the team's output
• Ensure highest quality deliverables to customers
• Contribute to developing the market for Cyber Security services across all sectors and identify sales opportunities, escalating these to senior management
• Establish client relationships with senior stakeholders across the AP region
• Work with prospective clients to agree, scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements
• Contribute to the creation of proposals and marketing material
• Manage engagements to time and budget
• Contribute to the development of the existing cyber risk team, acting as mentor and coach to the junior members of the team and leading by example

Requirements

Basic skills

• A detailed understanding of the economics of our business and our financial levers.
• Deep understanding of how Senior leaders across our Global, and EMEIA firms operate, make decisions and build our growth strategy.
• What it takes to manage a business in rapid growth – both the opportunities and challenges.
• The ability to drive and shape a range of business transformation initiatives, from Market to People to external Brand.
• A broad background across security is expected with specific experience in 1 or more of the essential Cyber Security domains.
• Security strategy, assessment, designing and implementing security strategy, governance frameworks over processes, controls, organization and infrastructure to manage cyber security.
• Security transformation programmed – design and management of security solution implementations and / or remediation programmed to address risks.
• Using ServiceNow SecOps to drive implementation of Security policies and procedures, standards and controls in line with regulation and/or current standards, ISO27001, NIST, SANS etc.
• Data privacy, implementation of data protection / GDPR programmed to address confidentiality and security over customer, employee or patient data.
• Experience in working within agile development environments to embed security successfully into systems prior to product / production release.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, IP networks, multiple operating systems across Windows and Unix domain, Database basics, Basics of Active Directory.
• Understanding of NIST, SOC2, VAPT and ISO reporting requirements.
• Deep understanding of common security attacks including phishing, DDOS, confidential data exposure, malware, ransomware.
• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Security with SOC & operations background
