Overview

We are presently hiring for our leading banking client in Kolkata location in a role of Head of Credit Administration & Bank Control Unit. Kindly go through below job details before applying for this role. We are looking for candidates majorly from PSU banks.

Role / Responsibilities

• Lead the two verticals in the Bank for Credit Administration & Bank Control Unit. Currently, the Bank does not have a dedicated Credit Administration Vertical.
• Set up the entire vertical in line with the Corporate Banking Operations Team.
• Oversee the entire credit administration process to ensure that all credit-related activities like Credit Policy Implementation, Credit Approval & Underwriting, Credit Risk Management, Loan Administration & Monitoring and Reporting & Analytics are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide higher level internal controls while keeping customer experience at the core, with emphasis on strengthening internal controls and supervision of bank branches / outlets for enhancing operations hygiene and providing related guidance and instructions where necessary.
• Establish a distributed and centralized control as a focused second line of defense to improve governance.
