Job summary

Hiresquad Resources in Delhi seeks a senior Cloud Engineering & Automation leader (Head/Director) to drive DevOps/DevSecOps strategy and scale AI-based product platforms.

You will lead Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering and Automation teams, building secure, scalable, automated environments to support AI/ML applications.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on architectural depth in cloud platform engineering for AI-based apps
• Experience building secure, scalable, automated engineering platforms for AI/GenAI products
• Strong experience with CI/CD and IaC practices
• Background in AI/ML product development is a key requirement

Role: HEAD – CLOUD ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION | DEVOPS / DEVSECOPS

We are looking for a senior Cloud & DevOps/DevSecOps Engineering Leader who has experience working in an AI-based application/product development company.

IMPORTANT: Experience in an organization building AI/ML/GenAI-based applications or products is a key requirement for this position.

What we’re looking for

Strong experience across both will be a major advantage

Strong hands-on/architectural exposure to:

• CI/CD – GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins / Azure DevOps


• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform / CloudFormation / Bicep / Pulumi


• Observability & monitoring

Most importantly: You should have experience supporting, building or scaling cloud/platform engineering environments for AI-based applications/products.
