We're hiring a Head Chef – MG Road, Bangalore (Cocktail Bar Concept)

Start Date: 1st week of July 2025

We’re setting up something special on MG Road after Comal.

A bold new bar with modern Thai food at its core, designed to be intimate, elevated, and unapologetically flavorful. The kitchen will lead the food program with a menu that’s tight, refined, and deeply rooted in Asian cuisine—especially Thai influences. This is not a traditional restaurant role. It’s an opportunity to lead a small, focused team at the intersection of great cocktails and food.

The bar program is being developed in collaboration with top talent, and we expect the kitchen to match that energy and excellence.

We’re looking for a Head Chef who:

1. Has 7+ years of experience working in or leading kitchens focused on Thai or broader Asian cuisine
2. Can own the kitchen operations end-to-end: team hiring, prep systems, cost control, service execution
3. Is hands-on, calm under pressure, and uncompromising about quality
4. Understands how to work in sync with a top-tier bar program
5. Is not afraid to innovate, edit, and evolve a lean, ingredient-forward menu
