Job Description:

Connplex Cinemas Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing cinema chains, is looking for a Capex Sales Head to lead our nationwide capital expenditure (Capex) sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic sales planning, new client acquisition, and long-term business development partnerships.

CAPEX Management
  • Develop and oversee the annual CAPEX budget in line with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate investment proposals, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare business cases.
  • Ensure timely execution of CAPEX projects within approved budgets.
  • Monitor ROI, asset utilization, and payback periods on capital investments.
  • Coordinate with project, operations, and finance teams to track CAPEX approvals and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements for CAPEX.
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
  • Lead negotiations with key clients, investors, and partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure strong pipeline management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs.
Strategic Leadership
  • Align CAPEX investments with business expansion and sales growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure business objectives are met.
