Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks a senior CA to head Accounts & Taxation for a leading NBFC. You will oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including Ind AS, RBI reporting, GST, TDS and annual audits.

You will drive internal controls, ECL governance, tax assessments and finance automation while leading a high-performing team onsite in Mumbai. 8–15 years of NBFC financial leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• CA with 8–15 years of NBFC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III and RBI regulations.
• Experience in ECL governance, regulatory reporting and audits.
• Willing to work onsite in Mumbai and relocate if required.

About the Role:

A leading NBFC – Financial Services organisation is seeking a Head – Accounts & Taxation to lead accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The role will own Ind AS, RBI reporting, direct and indirect taxation, IFC/ICFR and audits, while driving financial controls, automation and process improvements.
