IN04 (FCRS = IN004) Sandoz Private Limited in India seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to manage operational tasks and develop P&O processes aligned with global P&O strategy for a dedicated client group.
You will coordinate processes, deliver services, manage budgeting discussions, and mentor a small team while ensuring data privacy, SLA adherence and continual process improvement across the HR function.
