Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking an HBM Operator in Poonamallee, India. The role involves preparing and operating horizontal boring machines, setting CNC parameters, and ensuring workpiece dimensions match engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate horizontal boring machines to bore, drill, and enlarge precise holes in large work pieces.
• Set machine parameters manually or through CNC input as per job requirements.
• Monitor machine operation continuously, ensuring compliance with dimensions specified in engineering drawings.
• Perform regular inspections throughout the manufacturing process to prevent defects.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, including lubrication, tooling checks, and cleaning.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to resolve operational problems quickly.
