Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Proven track record (5+ years) leading complex hardware development programs from concept to launch.
• Experience in Semiconductor/Product Engineering industries catering to semiconductor/product engineering functions (desirable).
• Strong understanding of electronics product development cycles, with FPGA as the core of the design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, etc.), and data-driven decision-making.
• PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete lifecycle of complex electronics hardware programs, including definition, design, development, validation, and launch.
• Partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Software, Quality, Product Management, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Develop detailed program plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Provide clear, data-driven status updates, presentations, and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse internal and external partners.
• Resolve complex technical and business challenges and remove roadblocks to maintain program momentum.
• Champion operational excellence and continuously improve development processes for efficiency and quality.
