Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru seeks a documentation specialist to create, update, and manage engineering documents in Teamcenter/PLM, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will handle drawings, specifications, and documentation repositories with strong attention to detail.

Your Role

• Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation and product records within Teamcenter/PLM.
• Manage technical drawings, specifications, CAD-related documents, and documentation repositories.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, version control, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Support CEP (Cost Efficiency Programs) and VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) initiatives through effective documentation management.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and stakeholders to collect, validate, and organize technical information.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter and PLM/PDM documentation management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.Strong document control, version management, and records management skills.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO) and product lifecycle processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills.
