Job summary

Acufore India, Bengaluru, is seeking a hardware engineer to contribute to analog/digital/mixed-signal and RF design across global projects. You will bring up embedded hardware on TI/NXP/STM32 platforms, work with CAN/I2C/SPI/UART, and ensure EMI/ESD compliant layouts.

The role offers exposure to international clients, cross-geography teams, and accelerated learning in a startup-like global environment with flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in analog/digital/mixed-signal and RF design.
• Hands-on with lab equipment and RF measurements.
• Embedded hardware bring-up on TI/NXP/STM32 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of common interfaces and wireless tech.
• Experience with PCB design tools and EMC/ESD practices.

Job description

Required Skills:

• Strong analog/digital/mixed-signal/RF design knowledge (op-amps, filters, ADC/DAC, power domains, antenna design, impedance matching, RF PCB layout)
• Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, RF generators)
• Embedded hardware bring-up on TI/NXP/STM32 or equivalent platforms
• Experience with CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, RS-232/485, Ethernet, USB
• Exposure to Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, LTE, LoRa, NB‑IoT
• Schematic/PCB tools (OrCAD/Allegro, Altium)
• Basic C/C++ for hardware bring‑up
• Power conversion/protection circuits (DC‑DC, LDO, ESD/surge protection)
• EMC/ESD mitigation and layout best practices
• Awareness of CE, FCC, IEC compliance standards
