Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking a data governance specialist to manage and cleanse engineering data within Teamcenter/PLM systems, ensuring alignment with official docs.

You will reconcile PLM records, support BOM analysis and ECO/ECM processes, and collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to raise data quality across programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter and PLM/PDM systems.
• Knowledge of hardware components, engineering documentation, and product structures.
• Experience in data validation, data quality improvement, reconciliation, and database cleanup.
• Understanding of BOMs (Bill of Materials), ECO/ECM, and component lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Excel and technical analysis with attention to detail.
