About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Lead - AI Automation to drive the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI-powered automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience working with modern Generative AI and conversational AI technologies, including Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, LangGraph, and Dialogflow CX. This role requires strong technical expertise in AI workflow orchestration, conversational AI, and automation frameworks along with the ability to lead development initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI‑driven automation solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and manage conversational AI and intelligent agent workflows using:

• Develop scalable AI agent architectures with workflow orchestration, memory handling, and tool integrations.
• Work on automation use cases involving:
