Job summary

Vyntrapro Innovations is seeking a skilled IT Asset Management professional to manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, maintain precise asset records, and conduct physical verification across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/SNOW, AMDB/CMDB, asset reconciliation, and strong collaboration with IT, Procurement, HR, and Finance to ensure audit readiness and asset optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT assets lifecycle, including hardware and software.
• Experience with asset records in an AMDB/CMDB and regular reconciliation.
• Ability to perform Physical Asset Verification (PAV) and maintain inventory accuracy across locations.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of ITassets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and softwareassets.
• Maintain accurateassetrecords in theAssetManagement Database (AMDB/CMDB) and perform regular inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct PhysicalAssetVerification (PAV) and ensure inventory accuracy across all locations.
• Handleassetallocation, deallocation, deployment, transfers, refresh, and disposal activities.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, vendor management, warranty tracking, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Manage hardware replacement, lease returns, and technology refresh projects.
• Recover ITassets from exiting employees and ensure secure data wiping before redeployment or disposal.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, andassetutilization reports using Excel or Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with ITassetmanagement policies and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT Support, Procurement, HR, and Finance, forasset-related activities

• Experience in inventory audits, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Exposure to SEZ/Customs compliance will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
