Job summary

Proactive For Her is a women's healthcare centre offering comprehensive, patient-centric care across various stages of women's health. The role is for a Consultant Gynaecologist in Bengaluru with a part-time revenue-sharing model.

Location includes HSR Layout / Koramangala / Indiranagar, Bangalore, with flexible consultation slots and the potential to build and manage your patient base while receiving support from the centre’s clinical and operations team.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid medical registration.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Good communication and patient‑counselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and provide comprehensive gynaecological care.
• Diagnose and manage common gynaecological conditions.
• Provide counselling on menstrual health, contraception, sexual health, PCOS, fertility, and other women's health concerns.
• Perform relevant clinical examinations and minor procedures as required.
• Recommend investigations and interpret reports appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with other specialists and healthcare professionals whenever required.
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and follow clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with the centre’s network to perform procedures at affiliated facilities where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and provide comprehensive gynaecological care.
• Diagnose and manage common gynaecological conditions.
• Provide counselling on menstrual health, contraception, sexual health, PCOS, fertility, and other women's health concerns.
• Perform relevant clinical examinations and minor procedures as required.
• Recommend investigations and interpret reports appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with other specialists and healthcare professionals whenever required.
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and follow clinical protocols.
• For patients requiring surgical procedures, coordinate with the centre and perform procedures at the appropriate associated facility, as applicable.
