Qualifications

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in O&G).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Proven experience in performing NVD (Normal Vaginal Delivery), LSCS (Lower Segment Cesarean Section), TAH (Total Abdominal Hysterectomy), TLH (Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy), USG (Ultrasound), and HSG (Hysterosalpingography).
• Strong clinical judgment, surgical proficiency, and ability to manage obstetric emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital diagnostic tools.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
