Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Intelligent Document Processing Platform
Location: Mumbai (Thane)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2-3 years in Technology/Software Sales.
Shift Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Number of Requirements: 5

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify and target potential leads within the assigned market segments.
    Research and develop a deep understanding of prospects' needs and pain points.
    Conduct effective conversations with potential leads to qualify their interest.
    Assess leads' budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
  2. Product Presentation and Demonstrations:
    Create and deliver compelling presentations about our Intelligent Document Processing Platform to prospects.
    Conduct platform demonstrations that showcase the platform’s capabilities and benefits.
  3. Sales Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads.
    Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns to guide prospects through the sales process.
  4. Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition.
  5. Sales Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system.
    Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and contracts as required.
  6. Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
