Job summary

BlitzenX in Hyderabad, India is seeking a seasoned Lead Guidewire Architect to drive end-to-end solution architecture for Guidewire InsuranceSuite. This role translates P&C business requirements into scalable Guidewire solutions and designs across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and related components.

You will define configuration, integration, data and technical architectures, and lead technical discussions with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/technology experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Guidewire InsuranceSuite production experience.
• Strong experience with one or more of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.
• Experience architecting and delivering multiple Guidewire implementations.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and workflows.
• Strong integration architecture experience using REST APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with data architecture and data migration in Guidewire environments.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, performance, security and resiliency.
• Experience working with Agile development and delivery teams.
• Strong technical communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently make and defend architecture decisions.
• Guidewire certification is preferred.
• Guidewire Cloud experience is preferred.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
