Job summary

Zensar in India seeks an experienced GW integration specialist to lead complex PC integration projects, with hands-on development and strong testing discipline. You will drive architecture and implementation across integration components, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate across onsite-offshore teams, mentor engineers, and apply enterprise integration patterns to deliver reliable GW solutions for insurance-domain clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GW PC Integration experience.
• Experience with full SDLC and Agile development lifecycle as used in GW implementations.
• Hands on GW Implementation Proficiency and Experience in GW Integration Development (Integration with ESB, Legacy, Vendor Applications using various integration mechanisms and in implementation of robust Unit Tests using GUnit)
• Robust understanding of xCenter DataModel
• Experience in GW Configuration Development (GOSU, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Product Model development)
• Experience effectively using Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration patterns
• Experience with common integration mechanisms including Service Oriented architectures, Web Services (SOAP/RESTful), Messaging (JMS, MQ)
• Experience with Application Servers like WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss and/or Tomcat
• Experience with Database Servers like SQL Server, Oracle, and/or DB2
• Experience with XML Parsing, Junit, SoapUI, Maven, Jenkins, GIT/Subversion/TFS, Code Coverage and Code Scan Plugin/Tools.
• Leadership – Assertive, Sharp with ability to inspire, bring out the best in individuals and develop a strong integration team to deliver quality integrations
• Excellent communication skills, Onsite – Offshore co-ordination
• Insurance Industry and Domain Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration team to deliver GW integrations with high quality and reliability.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery and mentor team members for best practices.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns and design patterns to complex scenarios.
• Develop integrations with ESB, legacy systems and vendor applications.
• Implement robust unit testing and code quality checks using standard tools.
