Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Guidewire professional to lead PolicyCenter configuration and integration initiatives in the insurance domain. You will guide a team of 8, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligned with business needs.

The role requires hands-on configuration of coverages, terms and availability, expertise in integration patterns, and strong communication to drive SDLC–Agile processes within a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration/integration experience in insurance domain.
• Hands-on configuration of product model components (coverages, terms, availability).
• Experience with Guidewire integration patterns (plugins, messaging, batch, web services).
• Experience integrating PolicyCenter with enterprise apps and external reporting systems.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide a team of 8.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Certification in Guidewire Insurance Suite with Configuration or Integration.
• Business communication skills.

TCS is hiring for Guidewire Policy Centre

Experience - 4 to 14 years of experience

Education - 15 years of full time education

• Experience in Guidewire Policy center Configuration/Integration preferably in insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience in Product Model Configuration on coverages, coverage terms, availability conditions etc.
• Strong experience in Guidewire integration patterns including predefined & custom plug-in, messaging destination, custom batch process, predefined and custom web services.
• Experience in Integrating Policy Center with Enterprise applications and external reporting systems such as (but not limited to) motor vehicle reports, property reports, credit and clue reports etc.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead a team of 8 members
• Should have a good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Certified in Guidewire Insurance Suite and Either of Configuration/Integration
• Should have business communication skills.
