Job summary

PwC Acceleration Centers in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to drive enterprise insurance transformations. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter solutions meet business needs.

The role requires 4-8 years of BA experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter and an Agile/Scrum background, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and the P&C Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and working knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong experience working on Agile/Scrum-based software development projects.

As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business analysis activities for enterprise insurance transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring successful implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter solutions.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and working knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong experience working on Agile/Scrum-based software development projects.
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience interacting with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria using Gherkin language.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Working knowledge of APIs, application development, and microservices.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
