Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Boomi Support Engineer to provide L2 application support for enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will handle incident resolution, service requests, and troubleshooting, working with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.

UK & Ireland operations support and 16x5 coverage are part of the role. The position requires about 4 years of Boomi experience, strong integration know‑how, and familiarity with ITSM tools like

Qualifications

• 4 years of Boomi experience at least.
• Experience with enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP.
• Proficiency in incident resolution and RCA.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Boomi integration jobs.
• Analyze logs and error messages to identify root causes.
• Resolve incidents, reprocess failed messages, validate data.
• Handle service requests and support tickets (ITSM).
• Collaborate with SAP/ECC, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud teams.
• Participate in production triage and deployment support.
• Prepare RCA reports and update SOPs/runbooks.

About The Role

We are looking for a Boomi Support Engineer to provide L2 application support for enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role involves incident resolution, service requests, troubleshooting integration failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity. The position supports UK & Ireland operations with 16x5 support and participation in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Boomi integration processes and job failures.
• Analyze process logs, document logs, and error messages to identify root causes.
• Resolve incidents involving failed messages, data synchronization, and integration exceptions.
• Reprocess failed integrations while validating data integrity and processing sequences.
• Handle ServiceNow/JIRA incidents, service requests, and operational support tickets.
• Investigate API and integration issues involving SAP ECC, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Oracle Service Cloud, Snowflake, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with application teams, third-party vendors, OEM support, and L3 engineers for issue resolution.
• Participate in production triage calls and support deployment activities.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and update runbooks and SOPs for recurring issues.
