Role Overview

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual passionate about digital media and short-form video. The Growth Operations Associate will serve as the central point for production coordination, acting as the backbone of our promo production team. Your core focus will be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate tracking, and efficient file management to meet fast-paced delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the operational lead for day-to-day production execution, aligning internal teams and ensuring seamless cross-functional communication to unblock issues quickly and maintain output velocity.
Independently manage multiple content workstreams in parallel – creating timelines, monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and driving on-time delivery accountability across teams.
Process Optimization & Systems Ownership – Evaluate existing production workflows, identify process gaps, and drive improvements that enhance transparency, efficiency, and scale of operations.
Data-Driven Performance Tracking – Support growth efforts by building and maintaining performance dashboards, turning production data into insights, and recommending actions to improve outcomes.
Asset & Knowledge Management – Establish structured organization systems for all creative assets & documentation, ensuring version control, rapid retrieval, and long-term operational hygiene.

Qualifications & Skills

Organizational Excellence: Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive Mindset: Highly motivated, proactive, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic work environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for effective internal coordination.
Technical Familiarity: Proven familiarity and proficiency with cloud storage platforms like Google Drive for file management.
Content Interest: Display a genuine passion for digital media and short-form video production.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Prior experience or internship within a media, creative, or digital agency production environment.Familiarity with project management software for status.
Basic understanding of video editing or post-production nomenclature.
