Job Description
- Own the entire customer lifecycle from sign-up to revenue conversion, including trial activation and deposit.
- Drive user adoption and retention by growing monthly active users (MAUs).
- Develop and execute product-led growth (PLG) campaigns to boost trial adoption and self-serve conversions.
- Optimize funnels to maximize deposit value and long-term customer revenue.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
- Design and run email nurture workflows using marketing automation tools to increase activation and conversion rates.
- Explore and test new channels and strategies for lead and user growth.
- Lead developer marketing initiatives such as hackathons and community programs to enhance product adoption among technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to promote developer-focused content, APIs, and documentation.
- Track and analyze funnel metrics using tools like Looker Studio and Salesforce to measure performance and growth.
- Produce clear, outcome-focused reports on pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and web-to-revenue impact.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to experiment with, personalize, and improve campaign effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing and demand generation.
- Proven track record owning the full funnel: traffic → trial → activation → deposit → revenue.
- Hands-on, builder mentality with strong execution skills in paid and lifecycle marketing.
- Expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and marketing automation (Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Looker Studio, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience running developer-focused growth initiatives such as hackathons and community programs.
- Collaborative approach working with product and engineering teams to amplify developer content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for campaign experimentation, personalization, and optimization.
- Self-starter with the ability to design, experiment, and scale growth motions from scratch.
- Focused on key success metrics: conversion rates, revenue growth, user adoption, and CAC efficiency.
