Exponent Energy in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to drive social media, performance marketing, and customer-centric content creation. The role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale the brand across digital channels.

You will lead social media campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), oversee performance initiatives (Meta, Google), and collaborate with agencies. A 6+ year track record in digital marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand execution, preferably in automobile/consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing (Meta and Google).
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with video shoots and editing tools.

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead digital marketing. This role will be responsible for driving social media communication, performance marketing, and Customer - Centric content creation. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) from a communication and execution standpoint.
• Oversee performance marketing initiatives (Meta, Google) in coordination with internal teams/agencies.
• Conduct sentiment analysis across CRM & social media to derive actionable insights for new customer acquisition.
• Identify trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors (digital, production, branding)

Key Deliverables / KPIs

• Consistent growth and engagement across social media platforms

• Improved efficiency in performance campaigns

• Strong and consistent brand presence across digital platforms
• Timely rollout of campaigns and activation

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand execution (automobile/consumer brand preferred)
