Job summary

Exponent is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to craft high-quality digital creatives and AI-generated content. You should have a sharp eye for design, hands-on experience with AI tools, and the ability to conceptually visualize engaging visual campaigns.

Design for social media, digital marketing, advertisements and branding; generate AI-powered images and videos; develop concepts and visual ideas that elevate marketing campaigns while staying aligned

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation.
• Strong ideation and visual storytelling for short-form video content.
• Understanding of typography, color theory and layout design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing high-quality digital creatives and AI-generated content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, hands‑on experience with AI creative tools, and the ability to conceptualize engaging visual campaigns.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain high creative standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for image and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Strong creative ideation and visual storytelling skills for short‑form video content
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.

Preferred Profile
