Atlys is seeking a Growth Associate to help expand in the UAE. You will research the market, analyze campaigns, and shape growth plans with the Growth, Marketing and Product teams.

You’ll execute campaigns, partnerships and experiments, and report UAE performance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a high-growth startup, are curious, data-driven, and hands-on.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Associate to help grow Atlys in the UAE.

You’ll research the market, figure out what’s working and what isn’t, and help shape and carry out our growth plans for the region. You’ll work closely with the Growth, Marketing and Product teams, and get hands-on with a wide range of problems from day one.

The Job

• Research the UAE market: study travellers, competitors and trends to understand how people in the UAE plan trips and apply for visas.

• Find out what works: track how our campaigns and channels are doing, and pull out clear insights on what to do more of and what to stop.

• Help shape the strategy: turn your research into ideas and plans for growing Atlys in the UAE, and present them to the team.

• Execute on the ground: help launch and run campaigns, partnerships and experiments, and keep things moving across teams.

• Report and follow up: keep simple, regular reports on UAE performance so the team always knows where we stand.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience at a high-growth startup, in growth, strategy, business or similar roles.

• Understand the UAE market, or are excited to get deep into it quickly.

• Are curious and research-minded, and enjoy digging into a market to understand what makes people tick.

• Are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and can turn data into clear takeaways.

• Are hands-on and reliable: you take ownership, follow through and get things done.
