Job description

Asia’s leading robotics solutions provider, automating enterprise supply chains since 2017. We build syncOS — the industry-first no-code platform that lets manufacturers and warehouse operators integrate, reprogram, and scale automation systems without halting production or calling in specialists. Our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) run 24/7 for global brands — transforming production lines in hours, not weeks.

Our product stack spans AMR hardware and onboard software that run on the robot, through to SyncOS, the software layer that orchestrates fleets, connects equipment, and integrates with enterprise systems. This gives our teams the chance to solve customer operational problems end-to-end: from motion and sensing on the robot, to fleet-level coordination, to the operational visibility and intelligence we bring to every deployment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a senior robotics product leader who's passionate about pushing what a physical system can reliably do — and building the discipline to prove it before it ever reaches a customer site.

You will own hard product problems end to end: deciding which performance and operating limits are worth pushing, setting the bar a robot must clear before deployment, and turning every field failure into a sharper answer next time.

You will lead and grow the product team shaping our robotics platform — setting product direction and ensuring decisions across hardware, firmware and robot software add up to one coherent product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the AMR product roadmap across hardware, firmware and robot software. Decide which performance and operating limits are worth pushing, and set and defend targets across mobility, navigation, docking, material handling and fleet reliability.
  • Own how we establish confidence that a robot will perform under real operating conditions before it reaches a customer site. Turn recurring failures into permanent verification scenarios.
  • Expand the AMR operating envelope - Own the AMR product roadmap across hardware, firmware and robot software. Decide which performance and operating limits are worth pushing, set and defend targets across mobility, navigation, docking, material handling and fleet reliability, and quantify the engineering and vendor trade-offs behind each investment
  • Prove reliability before deployment - Own how we establish confidence that a robot will perform under real operating conditions before it reaches a customer site. Turn recurring failures into permanent verification scenarios, and continuously raise the evidence bar a product or release must clear before deployment
  • Learn from the fleet - Turn field performance into systematic product learning. Build the mechanisms to recognize known failure patterns from telemetry, errors and logs, automatically assemble the evidence engineers need to investigate them, and close the loop from field failure to root cause to product improvement to verification
  • Lead the robotics product function - Lead and grow the PM team responsible for the robotics product. Translate customer needs, fleet evidence and technology opportunities into a prioritized roadmap; distinguish one-off customer requirements from reusable product investments; establish measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria; and partner across engineering and ops teams to deliver outcomes
  • 8–10 years across robotics, industrial automation or autonomous systems, combining hands‑on engineering depth with real product ownership
  • Has owned reliability, validation, deployment risk or field performance across multiple customer deployments
  • Technically credible enough to challenge engineering and vendor trade-offs on their own terms: sensors, motion control, power systems, navigation‑stack behaviour and system integration
  • Comfortable refining a gated hardware development process — sharpening what each gate requires, tightening go/kill criteria, as the product and organization mature
  • Able to specify what must be measured, then hold a release to that measurement when the ship date is under pressure
  • Strong product judgement on what should become reusable platform capability versus what should remain bespoke
  • Leads through influence: aligns engineering, deployment and customer teams, and other product managers, without owning them on an org chart
Highly Desireable:

End-to-end system exposure spanning mechanical, electrical and software domains

Experience operating across multiple customer geographies where site conditions and operating assumptions differ materially

Exposure to AMR safety and functional‑safety standards, and familiarity with what simulation and pre‑deployment test infrastructure can't prove about physical systems before deployment

Working knowledge of ROS 1/ROS 2, and of the telemetry, logging and bag data a fleet emits

Direct experience with AMR, AGV or autonomous‑vehicle fleets in manufacturing, warehousing or intralogistics

Hustle of a young startup, always something to do and something to improve

Opportunities for professional development and growth into management roles
