Job summary

1Lattice is seeking a Group Manager to lead large delivery teams in the Financial Investors vertical. You will own deliverables and guide the research process, influencing senior thinking and driving clients to action. You will also mentor colleagues to contribute to social impact initiatives.

You will engage in end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, teams, and client interactions while building lasting relationships and providing strategic guidance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Research, minimum 3 years leading and managing a team in research or consulting domain.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to translate insights for clients.
• Excellent communication and client management skills; build trusted relationships.

Roles and responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of project delivery leading high impact teams

• Coordinate with Financial Investors domain partners in the vertical to bring in their expertise into delivery

• Proven experience in Business Research, minimum 3 years leading and managing the team in research or consulting domain
