Job summary

Multipolitan, a Singapore-based platform with a fast-growing international footprint, is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead consolidated financial reporting for the group from its Bengaluru base.

You will oversee budgeting and forecasting, cash flow planning, internal controls, audits and tax compliance, while partnering with leadership to drive strategic decisions across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financial analysis, cash flow management, and performance monitoring across entities.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and audits.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced spreadsheets, and data-analysis tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities.
• Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA or Finance degree.
• Experience in fintech or tech-enabled businesses is an advantage.

The Group Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees consolidated financial reporting for the group, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, variance analysis, and management reporting. The Group Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans across multiple markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, supervising accounting operations, supporting audits and tax compliance, and improving financial processes and systems. The role also collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financial analysis, cash flow management, and performance monitoring across multiple entities or markets.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis tools.

• Proven capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent, or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
