Job summary

Algo App Digital Pvt. Ltd. invites an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the EA practice and align technology with business goals.

You will define strategies and develop roadmaps across business, data, application, integration, technology, and security domains, ensuring standards and governance are upheld. You will collaborate with CXOs to drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, ERP initiatives, AI, and modernization efforts while mentoring senior architecture teams and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
• 18–25+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership.
• Proven experience leading Enterprise Architecture for large organizations or multi-business enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Business, Application, Data, Integration, Technology, and Security Architecture.
• Experience in enterprise architecture governance, architecture review boards, and technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ecosystem, ERP platforms, cloud technologies, integration frameworks, and enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience in digital transformation, cloud adoption, AI, automation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with CXOs and senior business leaders.
• TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent architecture frameworks; TOGAF Certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
