- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Hindi and Rajasthani is preferred/required
- Confident personality and strong on-camera presence
- Good knowledge of Rajasthan’s local issues, culture & current affairs
- Ability to conduct interviews and on-ground reporting
- Strong storytelling and news presentation skills
- Journalism / Mass Communication background is a plus
