Position Details:
- Post: Pharmacist Grade-II
- Number of Posts: 10
- Roster Points: OC-5, BC-B-1, BC-D-2, EWS-1, SC-1
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 32,670
Educational Requirements
Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Must possess SSC or equivalent examination recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Pass in D.Pharma/B.Pharma (or)
- Intermediate vocational course in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of AP.
- Must be registered with the A.P. Pharmacy Council.
- In case of candidates possessing both D.Pharma and B.Pharma, the maximum percentage secured in either qualification will be considered.
Age Criteria:
- Upper age limit is 42 years as of 01.07.2023.
- Relaxations:
- For SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates: 5 years.
- For Ex-service Men: 3 years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
- For differently-abled persons: 10 years.
- Maximum age limit is 52 years with all relaxations combined.
Application Fee:
- Application Fee for Contract Basis Post: Rs. 1000/-
- Application Fee for Out Sourcing Basis Post: Rs. 500/-
- Demand draft to be made in favor of District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Chittoor.
Selection Process:
- Total Marks: 100
- Allocation of Marks:
- 75% based on aggregate marks obtained in qualifying examination or equivalent qualification.
- Up to 10 marks for completed years after acquiring the requisite qualification.
- Up to 15% for candidates working on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis, including COVID-19 service.
- Weightage for contract employment based on working area.
- COVID-19 service weightage applicable to eligible candidates.
Tenure and Conditions:
- Contract/outsourcing posts have an initial tenure of one year, extendable per government instructions.
- Termination rights reserved by the District Selection Committee.
Required Documents:
- Enclose two sets of self-attested copies of relevant certificates.
- Include documents such as birth certificate, qualification certificates, caste certificate, EWS certificate, disability certificate, and more as applicable.
