You will engage in workshops, requirement mapping, and consulting on risk methodologies, with travel for implementation. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

About the role

We're looking for a customer-oriented GRC Consultant with 5-10 years of experience. This is a client-facing role focused on digitising and optimising Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes using our GRC software solution. You will work as a GRC specialist who will collaborate closely with various customer stakeholders to understand business needs and provide a clear GRC implementation roadmap through AND GRC. You will understand clients current risk requirements and designing the risk architecture to map the same. End to end client onboarding lifecycle - solution demos to requirement gathering to solution implementation and user adoption. Contribute to the conversion and deployment through workshops, user requirement mapping and consulting the client on risk methodologies and compliance requirements. Travel to customer locations 3-6 weeks for end-to-end implementation will be required.

What you'll do

• Conduct solution demos, requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis workshops.
• Translate clients business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and technical configuration requirements.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their current risk methodology and frameworks, help validate/ define their internal controls and setup libraries to ensure compliance.
• Function as a subject matter expert on GRC and tool capabilities for sales team members and participate in client meetings to showcase the product and understand opportunities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, including business users, GRC teams, Internal & External teams, and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle to implement solution accurately covering compliance obligations and risk requirements.
• Design test plan and test cases to ensure all requirements are met and an effective functional and user acceptance testing can be done.
• Perform system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate end-user training for GRC solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation. Consult basis industry best practices to drive product adoption. Enable them through user training, user help guides and training material.
• Stay up to date with the industry best practices related to GRC and risk management.
• Assist in developing and implementing GRC strategies and frameworks within the tool for customer across domains.
• Analyze customer health scores, engagement levels, and product usage to proactively address risks and identify opportunities for retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional AndPayments solutions in collaboration with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Provide valuable customer insights to internal teams, influencing product enhancements and service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a seamless experience.
• Enable client participation in success stories, case studies, and events.

What we're looking for

• 5-10+ years of experience in GRC consulting and tool implementation.
• Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and sound understanding
• Deep understanding of business processes, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in BFSI. Good to have domain exposure - Automotive, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or hospitality.
• Experience working with Banking/ BFSI and public sector customers in India is a plus.
• Good understanding of GRC and Risk Management processes, frameworks, and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX, NIST if known is valuable.
• Understanding of Integration through RESTApi, SFTP, ETL process is a good to have.
• Excellent planning, problem solving, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Customer focused functional and technical bent of mind with collaborative working with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Strong comprehension, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles in GRC tools.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and software deployment on private cloud (GCP)
• Experience in ensuring customer success and high tool adoption and usage
• Experience in RFP/ RFI responses, proposal writing, opportunity tracking, marketing events
• Implementation experience in tools like Metricstream, RSA Archer, ServiceNow
• Internal and external leadership reporting and stakeholder management skills
