Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced GRC Pre-Sales professional to architect end-to-end GRC solutions and respond to proposals for enterprise clients in India. You will work with the solution team to define risk-based controls and map them to client needs, ensuring compliant, transforming outcomes.

The role requires deep GRC domain knowledge, certifications, and strong presentation skills to engage customers and partners effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GRC experience within IT services.
• Strong understanding of GRC standards, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in crafting solutions and responding to client requirements in GRC domain.

Responsibilities

• Architect GRC solutions and respond to proposals (RFP/RFI).
• Lead GRC responses to large RFI/RFPs with technical ownership.

We are looking smart, energetic, capable talents skills who can design and handle end-to-end GRC solution proposals (RFP/RFI/Proactive/Reactive.)

As a Cyber Security – Solutioning team member in the Integrated part of Cybersecurity Solutions Group. you will enable our enterprise customers to define and design the solution. You will also enable our customers to understand and improve their security controls as part of a fast growing, highly collaborative team.

Role and Responsibility:

• Architect solutions and respond to proposals, meeting basic requirements and identifying & proposing transformation solutions.
• Proven track record in GRC Pre-Sales and solutioning.
• Working with the solution team, take technical responsibility for GRC responses to large RFI/RFPs
• Expertise in crafting GRC solutions including TPRM, Compliance Assurance, Risk Management, GRC Automation, Maturity Assessments and Data Privacy
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork capabilities.
• Promote the Security portfolio of governance, risk and compliance services and associated security technology with the customer, positioning best fit solutions that meet/enhance the clients security strategy and reduce risk.
• Work with partner vendors and develop technical peer relationships.
• Be proactive in market research in terms of market and service trends in the GRC space including AI, GRC automation among others
• Advisory on GRC best practices and strategy
• Responsible for establishing and building strong partnerships for GRC Automation
• Demonstrate thought leadership in terms of creating blogs, whitepapers in the GRC domain aligned with the latest market trends
• Responsible for delivering key messaging on GRC Services and overall portfolio to clients along with internal & external stakeholders
• Drive visibility for GRC across other practices/ BUs and collaborate on joint solutions and GTM.
• Support building of GRC service delivery model in conjunction Sales and delivery organization
• Enhance CoE collaterals including Capability decks, solution responses among others.
• Knowledge of external (regulatory and audit) requirements for IT risk and controls.
• Work independently and drive initiatives within GRC

Qualifications:

• Experience -Relevant GRC experience around 10+ years, overall 15-18 years
• Strong understanding of GRC within the IT services context including GRC Standards, Regulations and Compliance Requirements
• Knowledge of GRC and ideally should have been part of GRC delivery organization at some point in career.
• Experience in RFP / Proactive responses to client requirements in GRC domain right from crafting solutions, aligning the right technology and operating within the constraints of budget. Commercial understanding of solutions.
• In depth understanding of NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOX compliance requirements among others.
• Strong communication for GRC services and overall understanding of Cybersecurity domain
• Strong MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills.
• Certifications – ISO 27001 L1 /LA, CRISC, CISA, CISM preferable
• Education – Graduation/Post Graduation, MBA or related field.
