Job Responsibilities

• Current job scope is 80% recruitment, 20% HR generalist. Future job scope will be 40% recruitment, 60% HR generalist.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Perform reference checks as needed.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Take care of the joining formalities.
• Documentation.
• Issue Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, etc.
• Experience in a generalist profile as well.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Master’s degree in the related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite.
• Should be able to join immediately or within a week.
• Open to work in Hyderabad.

₹300,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
