Hiring: Founder’s Brand & Content Growth Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive and execution-oriented individual to work directly with the founder of Svadhyay and help build a strong personal brand across digital platforms.

This is not a conventional graphic designer or social media posting role. You will be responsible for converting ideas, conversations, podcasts and business expertise into engaging digital content, coordinating creative freelancers, managing publishing across platforms and helping grow the founder's online presence.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, experiment, take ownership and grow with the business.Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Personal Branding

• Work closely with the founder to develop and execute a personal branding and content strategy.
• Create professional LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, short videos and other content formats.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

2. Podcast Production and Management

• Repurpose podcast episodes into short-form videos, quotes, carousels and social media posts.

3. Creative Design and Video Content

• Design high-quality creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Create thumbnails, captions, subtitles, social media graphics and presentation visuals.
• Edit short-form videos and reels using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Develop creative formats suitable for LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.

4. Social Media Management

• Manage the founder's LinkedIn presence and relevant company social media channels.
• Publish at least one strategic founder post per day, subject to the agreed content calendar.
• Adapt content to suit each platform's audience and format.

5. Content Distribution and Creator Collaborations

• Identify and coordinate relevant influencers, industry creators and content collaborators.
• Test new content formats and distribution strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Required Skills

• Strongw visual design skills and a portfolio of previous work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate freelancers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and their publishing workflows.
