Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, standees, hoardings and marketing materials.
• Develop visually appealing creatives aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Design promotional materials for real estate projects, infrastructure projects, resorts, events and corporate activities.
• Create campaign concepts and visual themes for digital and offline marketing.
• Prepare artwork in appropriate sizes and formats for print and digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance photographs, project images and marketing visuals.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery and overall brand identity.

Role & responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, standees, hoardings and marketing materials.
• Develop visually appealing creatives aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Design promotional materials for real estate projects, infrastructure projects, resorts, events and corporate activities.
• Create campaign concepts and visual themes for digital and offline marketing.
• Prepare artwork in appropriate sizes and formats for print and digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance photographs, project images and marketing visuals.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery and overall brand identity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Edit promotional videos, Reels, YouTube videos, project walkthroughs, corporate videos and social media content.
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Add transitions, effects, text animations, background music, voiceovers and subtitles.
• Create motion graphics and basic animations to improve video engagement.
• Edit property/project videos using raw footage, photographs, graphics and drone footage.
• Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for different social media platforms.
• Handle video editing from concept/storyboard to final output.
