Base pay range

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in‑house design team. This role is perfect for someone who thinks visually, loves to create, and takes full ownership of their work without needing constant follow‑ups. We’re not just seeking technical skills; we’re looking for a designer who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative, and is eager to grow in their craft. Our design is at the heart of how we connect with our ever‑growing community, especially on social media, which reflects our values as a brand. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our design team, co‑founder, and head of design — the minds shaping everything you see from our website and social media to packaging.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social media, emails, presentations, and internal and external communication
• Support with brand collateral as needed
• Work on design tasks like reels or edits using After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Contribute to idea generation and visual strategy in collaboration with the team
• Follow brand guidelines while still finding ways to bring fresh thinking
• Manage timelines and ensure on‑time delivery of all creative assets
• Work independently on tasks and communicate clearly with team members

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro, and Figma
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Clear thinking, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense
• Ability to take feedback constructively; we work on quality and not quantity
• A problem‑solver with a learning mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, daily content‑driven setup
• Bonus: Interest or experience in skincare, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands
