Job summary

You will apply typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy, manage multiple projects, edit videos and motion graphics, stay updated with design and digital trends, and leverage AI tools to enhance output. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, campaign creatives, digital/social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
• Create and edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional content.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital trends, and emerging AI technologies.
• Leverage AI tools for image and video generation to enhance creative output.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in Real Estate industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
• Good video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Strong multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
• AI-based creative/video generation experience is an added advantage.
• Real estate, advertising, or agency experience is preferred.
