Job summary

Spruce Up, Pune-based, is seeking a Graphic Designer – Product Marketing & Information Design on a freelance basis. You will translate technical inputs into brochures, sales materials, diagrams, and digital assets, guiding viewer attention and clarity.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and product teams, you will create print and digital communication, ensure brand consistency, and deliver reusable source files for varied briefs.

Qualifications

• Strong typography, layout and information hierarchy skills.
• Ability to simplify dense technical material without distorting it.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign for print and digital work.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, one-pagers, feature sheets, comparisons, launches and case studies that communicate a clear buyer story.
• Structure dense information using typography, grids, imagery, diagrams, specifications and whitespace.
• Create product presentations, technical explanations, process graphics, annotated visuals and infographics while preserving accuracy.
• Create cohesive social campaigns, carousels, thumbnails/covers, announcements and employer-branding assets.
• Support website pages with banners, icons, illustrations, feature graphics and product comparisons.
• Maintain brand consistency; build reusable systems without forcing every brief into one layout.
• Prepare print-ready brochures, signage, panels and corporate material; confirm vendor requirements and check exports.
• Handover organised, reusable source files and collaborate with experts.

Spruce Up develops road-cleaning and industrial cleaning equipment, including regenerative-air sweepers, garbage suction/litter-picking machines and industrial vacuum equipment. Our Marketing team helps customers understand complex products, their applications and the value they can deliver. You will make that information clear, engaging and consistent across product and brand communication.

The Role

As Graphic Designer – Product Marketing & Information Design, you will turn technical inputs and marketing briefs into brochures, sales material, presentations, diagrams, digital assets and exhibition graphics. You will decide what a viewer should notice first and how the material should guide them. You will work with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, product/technical teams, Production and vendors. This is a freelance engagement with Spruce Up, Pune, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, one-pagers, feature sheets, comparisons, launches and case studies that communicate a clear buyer story.

Must-have qualifications

• Relevant experience with manufacturing, engineering, automotive, infrastructure or B2B brands.
• Strong professional portfolio with excellent typography, layout, composition and information hierarchy.
• Ability to simplify dense technical material without distorting it.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with solid print and digital execution.
• Attention to detail, file discipline and constructive collaboration.

Nice to have

• Long brochures, technical illustrations, exhibition graphics and premium product communication.
• UI/UX principles; Figma, Acrobat or Canva.
• Basic motion and product renders (After Effects and Blender are advantages, not mandatory).

Engagement & compensation

This is a freelance engagement. Compensation is on a project-to-project basis, agreed per brief.
