Job summary

Estelar Cosmetics India Private Limited is seeking a Graphic Designer who understands performance marketing, not just aesthetics. You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce creatives for Meta Ads and social media, across static and video formats, to drive attention, engagement and conversions.

This hands-on role requires 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with Figma or Canva.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC or beauty brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta ads and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting static creatives for Meta Ads.
• Create multiple variations based on hooks, angles, offers and concepts.
• Adapt creatives into new formats and variations.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize outcomes.
• Design product-focused, offer-led and educational creatives.
• Create formats 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.
• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and social assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
• Edit short-form videos and Reels for Meta and Instagram.
• Produce performance-oriented video ads with product footage, UGC, stock footage, text, motion graphics.
• Add hooks, captions, transitions, and motion elements to videos.
• Repurpose footage into variations.

The Role

Estelar Cosmetics is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand focused on creating high-quality, accessible cosmetics and skincare products. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands performance marketing, not just aesthetics.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create high-performing creatives for Meta Ads and social media, across both static and video formats.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating marketing ideas, product benefits and campaign concepts into scroll-stopping visual creatives that drive attention, engagement and conversions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the visual language of DTC, beauty, cosmetics and skincare brands and can create content that looks premium while still being performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads & Performance Creatives

• Design high-converting static creatives for Meta Ads.
• Create multiple creative variations based on different hooks, angles, offers and concepts.
• Adapt winning creatives into new formats and variations.
• Work with the performance marketing team to understand what is working and continuously improve creatives.
• Design product-focused, offer-led, UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution and educational creatives.
• Create creatives in multiple formats including 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16.

Social Media Creatives

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and other social media assets.
• Develop visually engaging content aligned with Estelar's brand identity.
• Create campaign creatives for launches, offers, festivals and product promotions.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication.

Video & Motion Content

• Edit short-form videos and Reels for Meta and Instagram.
• Create performance-oriented video ads using product footage, UGC, stock footage, text, motion graphics and existing assets.
• Add hooks, captions, transitions, animations and other elements to make videos engaging.
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple creative variations.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with DTC, e-commerce, cosmetics, skincare, fashion or beauty brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising creatives and performance marketing.
• Excellent command of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva or equivalent tools.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Ability to create both static and video creatives independently.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and branding.
• Strong understanding of what makes a creative scroll-stopping and conversion-focused.
