Job summary

Aon is seeking an IND Consultant I GSMS-Proposals Mgmt - Design in Bangalore (Whitefield). You will support onshore design managers to create end-client proposal presentations and handle ongoing formatting of proposal documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with brand guidelines and MS Office/Adobe tools is beneficial. This is an in-office role with cab facility and evening night shifts to align with client timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience desirable.
• Previous Design management experience helpful; familiarity with Brand Matters essential.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate data capture when transferring content in/out of proposals and the database.
• Strong sense of urgency regarding client and client-team deadlines.
• Understanding of consulting firm operational structure with focus on client value.
• Proactively follow-up and resolve issues to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Support on proposal tasks in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborates with onshore design managers to create end-client proposal presentations and ongoing formatting of documents.
• Create original graphic content for slides for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of image formats, resolution, and size.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in daily work.

General Description of Role
