Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for client presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing materials.
  
• Create digital assets including banners, social media content, infographics, and email templates.
  
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to understand content needs and translate them into effective visual narratives.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs in alignment with company and client branding guidelines.
  
• Utilize design software to produce high-quality print and digital materials for internal and external use.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
  
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (recent graduate preferred).
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD).
  
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including presentations, infographics, and digital graphics.
  
• Ability to take feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
  
• Basic knowledge of web and print design standards.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
  
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  

Compensation:

• ₹15,000 per month during the first three months (probation period).
  
• ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month upon successful completion of probation.
  
• Performance-based salary revisions above ₹30,000 for exceptional contributors.
