Vadilal Industries is seeking a creative, experienced Graphic Designer to join the Design, Branding & Communication team in Ahmedabad. You will work across branding, packaging, advertising, digital, social media, print and POSM, developing visual concepts and final artwork with strong brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of relevant experience, a graphic design degree, and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality execution.

Qualificações

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Packaging, Advertising or Creative Agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative concepts and artwork for Vadilal brands, products and campaigns.
• Design and adapt packaging artwork for different products and SKUs.
• Create creatives for digital, social media, print, POSM, retail and outdoor communication.
• Develop campaign adaptations across multiple formats and sizes.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour, imagery and visual language.
• Prepare accurate print-ready and production-ready artwork.
• Create layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics and other visual assets as required.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Packaging, Product, Sales, agencies, printers and vendors.
• Review artwork for accuracy and ensure error-free production.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain organised source files and final artwork.
• Contribute creative ideas and stay updated with design trends and AI-assisted creative tools.

Position Overview

Vadilal Industries is looking for a creative, experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Design, Branding & Communication team. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual communication across branding, packaging, advertising, digital, social media, print and POSM.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a creative brief, develop visual concepts and execute final artwork independently while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and artwork for Vadilal brands, products and campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Packaging, Advertising or Creative Agencies.
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and quality execution.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour, composition, layout and visual communication.
• Good understanding of packaging design and print production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in FMCG, food, packaging or consumer brands will be an advantage.

Software Skills

Mandatory: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Preferred: Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and AI-based design tools.
