Job summary

Novus Ark in Vadodara invites a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. You will create print and digital assets, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of graphic design experience, proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, a strong portfolio, excellent communication and time management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is an in-person, full-time role in Gujarat.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Create and execute design layouts and develop artwork for a variety of print and web projects. Create designs for print (brochures, flyers) and digital (social media, banners, emails).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity; develop brand communication ideas (a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design).
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to meet design needs and business goals.
• Iterate and Revise: Incorporate feedback and refine designs for high-quality output.
• Asset Preparation: Optimize files for print, web, and digital delivery.
• Creative Problem Solving: Stay current with design trends and deliver fresh, innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum more than 6 months plus to 1 year of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles is a bonus.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
